How to use kamado ceramic BBQ

Prepare appropriate amount of charcoal and use a fire starter,then light the charcoal(the charcoal will be lit within ten minutes)

Put your cooking grid on the top of the fire ring, keep the top and bottom vent are open to make sure the Robico Kamado ceramic bbq is well ventilated

About ten minutes later, put your food on the cooking grid, take care of the inside temperature of the grill, make some adjustment according to the thermometer
