Refund & Warranty Policy

At RBSM Marketplace, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. Please read the following Refund & Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. New Products

  • Refunds: Only new products are eligible for a refund.
  • Return Period: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.
  • Warranty: All new products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

2. Refurbished Products

  • Refunds: Refurbished products are not eligible for refunds.
  • Exchange/Upgrade: Customers may request an exchange for the same model or an upgrade to a higher model within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
  • Costs: Customers are responsible for all exchange/upgrade shipping costs. If a part is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will be responsible for supplying and exchanging the part at no additional cost.
  • Warranty: Refurbished products include a 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
    • The warranty includes the replacement of any defective parts within the 3-month period.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@rbsmcorp.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the return package.
  3. Ship the item back to us at your expense (including both return and replacement shipping costs, where applicable).
    • Exception: If the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or damage caused by the shipping courier, we will cover the shipping costs.
  4. Once inspected and approved, we will process your exchange or upgrade according to the conditions above.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.
  • Final-sale or clearance items.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges.
    • Exception: If the issue is due to a manufacturer’s defect or courier damage, we will be responsible for the shipping cost.

6. Warranty Claims

For warranty claims (new or refurbished products), please provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Photos or description of the defect.
  • Our team will arrange repair, replacement, or exchange based on warranty coverage.
