Made with UV16 stabilized plastic for hot sunny conditions. UV16 rating means protection for a total of 16,000 hours. So given 6 hours of UV exposure for a day on the water, the kayak colour should last for 2600 days approximately. Even if you paddle 3-4 days per week, this means 10 years of UV resistance.
