Awesome bike. My kid absolutely loves it. He goes where other bikes can not. We’ve had the bike for over a year now and not had any issues except when trying to change a rear tire tube out on the bike getting the wheel off was and is slightly more difficult than other bikes I’ve worked on. I currently have an email out to technical support for some guidance on this and I fully expect they will get back to me shortly.
Early in the life of the bike my son took a little spill and cracked the LED Screen, I contacted support for a new screen and it was shipped out and recieved really quickly…If I remember correctly it was over night. Like I said this a great and affordable go anywhere bike that I highly recommend
